a bit disappointed I scheduled and oil change and tire rotation with a coupon. when I checked out he charge me $159 for oil/tire rotation plus a carbon air filter of som I scheduled and oil change and tire rotation with a coupon. when I checked out he charge me $159 for oil/tire rotation plus a carbon air filter of some sort that I didn't know what that was nor had I asked for it. he took it off then told me my fee was $100, to which I told him I had a coupon... I was told by someone that they probably did not change the filter anyway, because they are supposed to give you the old part they took out to the customer for proof. I was also told it would be an hour, but it turned out to be 2 hrs. More
