Laura did a great job helping me with my Yukon. She made sure my Yukon concerns were addressed. She then went out with me to the service lane to show me how to work my “auto mirrors” retraction option. Te sure my Yukon concerns were addressed. Need quick turnaround on a broken shift cable. Couldn't get my Yukon into park. I broke the cable while pulling out another vehicle and had to disconnect the battery until I could get it to the dealer. T get my Yukon into park. Great as always. Getting waited on, the waiting room is very well kept. Free coffee is always good.
