Pretty quick service. 1-1.5 hours for oil change, tire rotation, and 10-point inspection. Not a bad price, either. Their waiting room had complimentary coffee and water, and comfortable seating. I took my 2018 GMC Terrain for a service brake assist warning on 01/28/20. The service dept declined to fix it because of a brake light enhancement the dealership I bought it from put on. I should've been fixed under warranty. The vehicle only has 19,000 miles on it. More

Gave it a Second Shot After my last oil change at Orange, I received a cryptic e-mail about a right rear suspension issue from an employee. This issue was never mentioned After my last oil change at Orange, I received a cryptic e-mail about a right rear suspension issue from an employee. This issue was never mentioned to me during my oil change so I was clueless as to what it was about. I replied to the e-mail asking for more information and received no response. I also e-mailed a service rep (Robert--who I had worked with numerous times before), asking if he knew what the problem with my car was. No response. So, I went to Fountain for my next oil change--pretty ticked off that no one at Orange responded to either of my 2 e-mails. Since I needed some service work done, I thought I would give Orange a second chance. I was pleasantly surprised with support provided. Eric assisted me when I first came in and handed the rest of the visit off to Ian. Although I parted with a significant amount of money for repairs (gulp), my visit was excellent and I appreciate the assistance and professional courtesy provided by Ian (and Jake who shuttled me to and from my house since I had to wait a couple of days for my car repairs to be completed..) I'll be back to Orange for my next oil change. More
