Service I bought my Acadia new from Orange Buick. I only use them for service on my Acadia. I trust my service writer, Bill Murdock. If he recommends work, I bought my Acadia new from Orange Buick. I only use them for service on my Acadia. I trust my service writer, Bill Murdock. If he recommends work, I know it is needed. He is very professional and cares about his customers. This visit I also had my vehicle detailed. They did a great job, I am pleased. I have one area that has been a problem and this is a GMC problem, not the service area. The trim on my seats is faulty and GMC apparently has not been able to correct the problem. It has been replaced and the same thing happens. It comes apart. One last note, when I call to speak to my service writer, I would like to be able to reach him without going through a screening. More

Almost 5 Stars I had a very knowledgeable and friendly service guy, Jake. He took very good care of me. Making sure that my car was fixed and getting me into a loane I had a very knowledgeable and friendly service guy, Jake. He took very good care of me. The only reason why I didn't give this a 5 star rating is for the fact that when I went to pick up my car, it wasn't waged and had bird poop on it from being left outside.
