They had great customer service made purchasing my car easy and so helpful. I gave them 4 starts because I went in pre-approved by my bank and they STILL ran my credit without telling me. The sales lady told me “he is trying to get you a lower apr with your bank” I told her I was happy with my pre-approved rate by my credit union. Well after signing papers I get my car I go home happy. Weeks later I start receiving letters in the mail saying my request was denied! They tried to get me other loans!!! I received 4 separate letter from 4 different lenders! Why would they do that when I walked in pre-approved??? That’s what I didn’t like especially because they did it without my consent. I do love my car though! More
