I received repeated unsolicited text messages asking me to provide a review, and when I finally submitted to it to make the texts stop it wouldn’t go through without meeting a minimum word count. The customers are doing you a favor by taking your survey. I’d remove that 25 word minimum requirement if you want more people to respond. Also, creating an automatic account for a the unsuspecting customer is also a bit annoying. Bottom line: 5 stars for OC Infiniti, 0 stars for dealerrater.com More
