I’ve generally been very happy with the service center but two things on this one stood out. First off this is the second time I’ve had to leave without dropping off the car and come back due to a service but two things on this one stood out. First off this is the second time I’ve had to leave without dropping off the car and come back due to a service loaner not being available even though I had requested one when setting the appointment. Both times I was told one would be reserved when setting the appointment.. This service was even comped because of it (which I appreciated), but I had also asked for a tire rotation and that wasn’t done. I would have paid for it but I was given the car back without it being done so I took it to the place where I bought the tires instead of waiting. I’ve had a good experience overall so I’ll still come in for service, but the service seems to be kind of up and down the past couple times I’ve come in. More
