The Orange Coast Infiniti is convenient for me to bring my Infiniti vehicles for service. Just a short drive from home. I always bring my G35 at this dealership. The QX60 was brought in first time for serv my Infiniti vehicles for service. Just a short drive from home. I always bring my G35 at this dealership. The QX60 was brought in first time for service. I was given a free of charge for the the oil and filter change of which I am thankful for the service. But I was disappointed that the tires rotation was not done. I was told that the tires shows wearing. The vehicle is only less than four years old (approximately 24,000 mileage). The South Bay Infiniti always includes tires rotation with the oil and filter change service. They also provide me a vehicle multipoint inspection report. More
What can I say.... we bought a 60k BMW. One of the most expensive cars they sell at the dealership. They didn’t know anything about the car, the salesperson was very nice to us but he didn’t know anything. expensive cars they sell at the dealership. I had to take the car to a BMW dealership to be able to know more about it. Then the car had a scratch and I asked if they could take care of that, the salesperson said to not worry and that he was going to call me to be able to bring the car so someone would be able to do a touch up paint. Well, he never reached out so I did. He never got back to me. I also tried to connect the keyless bmw card while I was at the dealership and it gave me an error. Of course they didn’t know what was happening, so I had to call BMW and they actually told me that I needed to send the paperwork of the car being under my name now. The person at the dealership said I would receive the paperwork in 6 days. It’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t received anything. I texted the salesperson who sold the car to me, and he said he was going to talk to someone so they could check the status of my paperwork. Guess what... no one has contacted me still and the salesperson didn’t reply when I asked for a phone number where I should call. Saying this, I don’t care if you’re buying a 10k car or a million dollar car! We should expect the salesperson that will be earning a commission from it, to know about the car they are selling! We should expect to at least hear back from the salesperson or the dealership. We should expect good customer service overall and not this crappy service I received. More
