Salesman Jeffrey Holmes eventually delivered my Infiniti after not showing up the first time it was scheduled. He always had great excuses. Upon delivery I noticed that all the floor mats were missing. He said that floor mats were guaranteed with every Certified vehicle. He promised me that he would have them shipped to me the next day. I even wrote a note on the contract that they were missing, just do be sure there was some sort of proof. Jeffrey called to tell me that he was driving them over to me instead of shipping them. Guess what, he never showed up. He dodged my calls for a week. Then I was able to catch him. He came up with another excuse and said he’d have them shipped. They never came. I called, left messages and texts for weeks. He never called me back. I called and left a message with the GM. He didn’t return my call. There is much more I should explain that makes this place even more shady, but it would be a book. BUYER BEWARE. Seriously, find another dealership to buy your car! More

This is the 4th car I've purchased in my life and it was BY FAR the best experience I've had. Kira and Jeff were my salespersons, and they were very attentive and ready to work with me. Also I had an LED tail light go out the next day after buying the car. Kevin was the service supervisor I was working with, and he was awesome - so helpful, kind, and understanding. The only part of my experience with OC Infiniti that was a little "unsavory" was sitting down with the finance manager. I can't remember his name though, which is a shame. I found him to be a little pompous and condescending. Multiple times during our interaction I found myself wanting to roll my eyes or say "OK, I GET IT." or "WELL THAT ISN'T AN OPTION FOR ME." Overall, this was an awesome experience and if I like my Infiniti well enough, I'll be back in the future! More
Normally, I receive top notch service, but not this time. I brought my car in for an oil change, and to have it checked out because I am taking a road trip. I was told by my service advisor that if anything I brought my car in for an oil change, and to have it checked out because I am taking a road trip. I was told by my service advisor that if anything was noted that they’d let me know. Nobody came to talk to me; I received an email instead. That has never happened before, so I didn’t check my email until after I left the dealership. The report said I needed new rear tires. I live and work in Chino, so going to Westminster is a bit of a long drive. I called on Monday to ask why nobody came to talk to me while I was at the dealership, that I am a Diamond Club member, so my tires are free for life, and I would have wanted that work done. I didn’t get any sort of a response as to why I wasn’t informed about the tires when I was actually there. I was, however, advised that the tires aren’t free unless I pay for a major service. THIS IS NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD PREVIOUSLY. That doesn’t even make sense. I can’t make it back to the dealership before my trip, and will probably have to get a rental because I am afraid to drive my car to and from Solvang on bad tires. To top things off, another advisor who took care of me when my service was completed called me into the cashier room to sign my paperwork. Instead of signing papers and leaving, I was being charged $70. When I asked why because I am Diamond Club, I got a blank stare and handed a receipt to sign. I was then given my key and taken to my car ... except it was somebody else’s! The transaction was voided, but I have to say that was a first for me. I just feel like the service department just wanted to get my oil changed and get me out of the door. Definitely disappointing! More
