Worse car buying experience I've ever had. I have been buying cars since 1980. I only purchased here because they had the car with the features and the color my wife wanted. The Sales Person waited until the car was sold and the papers were signed to inform us what we were not getting, she was polite but indifferent at the same time. Only when my wife's discussion became aggressive in the Lobby did the Sales Manager finally show his face and intervene. The matter is semi-resolved via another dealer, we are still waiting on the correct part. The Finance Manager was thorough and efficient. More

My son came to the service center for minor repairs on the Jaguar. The service department kept the car and refused to accommodate us with a loaner car while you repair the Jaguar. This is very disappointing for us. We considered ourselves as good customers. This is not the way to treat good customers. We are very unhappy and this circumstance will impact future purchases and referrals. More

Most of time I make appointments with Kevin Hall unless he is not available. This place is clean and provides breakfast on Saturdays (not sure if they still do) The mechanics & sales seem tentatively helpf he is not available. Did not see COVID-19 precautions being taken. There was no hand sanitizing stations, no social distancing signs and few employees had masks on.
