I am a long-time, multiple-vehicle Infiniti owner, but had never been to this dealership. I really enjoyed the overall experience. With some amount of experience working with dealers, I was confident/fi had never been to this dealership. I really enjoyed the overall experience. With some amount of experience working with dealers, I was confident/firm in what I expected from the Sales and Finance staff and felt respected and did not get "jerked around." The whole process was relatively painless and quick. After all the paperwork was signed and they handed me the keys, I noticed one issue before accepting final delivery. Against my better judgment, I went off of a verbal promise that they would make it good (I was hungry! And wanted to go home!) And, long story short, they did keep their promise when they probably could have said "too bad... you don't have that in writing." I would/will definitely return here for my next Infiniti. (And, while this review is about the Sales process, the return/fix required a visit to the Service department... and they're pretty great, too.) More

Kevin (and the entire Service department) was great. I came in for a quick post-sales (used car) issue. Kevin said he could get me out in 15 minutes or -- up to me -- he would give it a (great) wash -- i came in for a quick post-sales (used car) issue. Kevin said he could get me out in 15 minutes or -- up to me -- he would give it a (great) wash -- inside and out, free of course -- if I could give him 45 minutes. I took him up on the wash... and he had me out in about 30 minutes. The issue I was there for was 100% resolved and we discussed a couple of other lesser/minor issues and came up with a "plan" to get them taken care of. I felt thoroughly cared for and appreciated. Kevin seemed super honest and helpful, along with other members of that department. I am in Irvine and there are definitely closer Infiniti dealers. But I will probably return to OC Infiniti for future service needs. More
