I bought my 2015 Q50 Hybrid here in October 2019. I have had my oil changed and just had my major service done. I make my appointment on-line and they do a great job for me. I don't want a loaner although had my oil changed and just had my major service done. I make my appointment on-line and they do a great job for me. I don't want a loaner although they offer one to me. I bring my dogs, and we take a nice long walk while my service is done. When we get back, they bring water for the pups and coffee for me if I want. Car is always washed and looks great after each service. I am glad I bought my car here and also for the service provided.
