Terrible service department. Had a rear bushing go out, wanted to charge me $2800 dollars for a 4.5 year old QX70s with 29K on it. Infiniti only sells the bushing with the whole sub-assembly - no other man wanted to charge me $2800 dollars for a 4.5 year old QX70s with 29K on it. Infiniti only sells the bushing with the whole sub-assembly - no other manufacturers I know of does this, E.g. BMW, Porsche, Mercedes, etc. ordered a separate bushing and when all was said and done total cost was around 1K. This should have been covered under the drive train warranty, but wasn’t. Service advisor actually told me to get a Kia for their 100K bumper to bumper warranty. Crazy - NO more Infinityi for this family. More
