Currently, I have a case opened up with Infiniti because of a power issue on my 2019 Qx-50 Essential. Frankly, I am disappointed with the service performed on my vehicle. I have already been to Tustin and of a power issue on my 2019 Qx-50 Essential. Frankly, I am disappointed with the service performed on my vehicle. I have already been to Tustin and Cerritos and they were way more attentive to my concerns compared to Westminster Infiniti. When I was talking to my service advisor he couldn't tell the difference between the Essential and Luxe package. Also, when I picked up my vehicle I noticed hand prints on my hood. I would have at least appreciated a complintary carwash. Lastly, I took my vehicle in for a diagnostics test. Why wasn't it performed? The reasons the advisor gave me did not make any sense. He should have peformed the diag test. He was more concerned about getting the loaner back instead of helping resolve the issue. Their solution was to change my battery. This was 3rd time I got a new battery in less than 1 year. More
