Kevin offered great customer service from the moment I called and explained by situation. He was very helpful and attentive throughout the process. He went above and beyond by providing me with a YouTube video link via text on how to change my car shift to neutral in order to get it towed to the dealership, something that the tow guy the previous night was too lazy to do (my key was stolen along with belongings in the car). So after arriving at the dealership shortly after making the call, Kevin helped me get a car key change with a complimentary car wash after showing the proper identification. I anticipated a long, treacherous process especially after being worried by car would get stolen overnight, but he was very straightforward and understanding- really made the situation feel a whole lot better considering the circumstances. Had a check engine light pop up on my q50 hybrid. Took it in for service and Kevin was super friendly and made getting car checked fast and easy. He had the tech check my light and told me a they needed the in for service and Kevin was super friendly and made getting car checked fast and easy. He was super accommodating with my concerns on the risk of having a car that others had driven this loaner and not wanting to catch the potential covid virus. He had sent the car to get cleaned and disinfected and in my book was way above and beyond the customer service in my book.
