My wife and I have been a long time infiniti customers. My wife came for an oil change initially. Gerardo Gonzalez was her service advisor. After 3 hours of waiting and hadn't heard back from Mr Gonzales, My wife came for an oil change initially. Gerardo Gonzalez was her service advisor. After 3 hours of waiting and hadn't heard back from Mr Gonzales, My wife decided to go and ask for an update. Nothing was done to the car. Mr Gonzales told my wife that he did an update ecm because there was a recall. He refused to have the car get oil changed even though my wife specifically came to OC infiniti for an oil change initially. Mr Gerardo Gonzales was very unprofessional and unattended. He wasted a solid 3 hours of my wife without even telling her any update. I would like to bring this matter to your attention and please get it corrected. Im very disappointed with him. More
