Horrible experience. Screwed up the deal, had collections come after me and still not resolved on their end for over 5 months. As soon as I arrived, Eduardo “Eddie” took care of me. He paid attention to all of my details and had the service team take care of my wife’s car. Since he knew that the service was going to take a while, he paid attention to all of my details and had the service team take care of my wife’s car. Since he knew that the service was going to take a while, he didn’t hesitate to offer me a car for the day “loaner” so that I didn’t have to wait in the waiting area. I took the car as I had to do other things. I came back, my car was taken car of and washed up. Love the service there, every person I’ve felt with has given me a 5 star treatment. Eddie was no different! I will definitely recommend friends and family to Orange Coast Infiniti. More
