Orange Coast service department is great! The service advisor is nice and accommodating. I asked Vincent to look into the issue with my key fob not working. Professional, friendly & excellent customer service! Gerardo & Tuan are a great team as they took my car in for service! Unfortunately, while my window was getting repaired, the team damaged my window t Gerardo & Tuan are a great team as they took my car in for service! Unfortunately, while my window was getting repaired, the team damaged my window tint. Tuan was able to not repair the tint but return the coat for repairs to handle the mistake. My front license plate was also bent and I don’t understand how that could have been damaged during the oil change, car detail or the window repair. I will have to check my bumper and bend my license plate back to normal shape. Despite the couple mistakes, I like this location for their customer service, willing to make a mistake right and fulfill requested maintenance on my vehicle. I don’t like any other location! More

Was told cost of new key was $190. Was never told how much labor would cost. Was changed $240 for new key plus $200 for labor. Waited 3 hours even though I had one of first a mornin Was never told how much labor would cost. Was changed $240 for new key plus $200 for labor. Waited 3 hours even though I had one of first a morning appointments. All they had to do was give me a new key and program it to car. Finally I had to walk over to agent “Kevin” who was sitting in his office alone. My car was parked just sitting there. For how long? Who knows. After being charged ridiculous amount for just replacing key (even though I had my two original keys with me), waiting 3 hours…I drove away and my clock time had changed and they didn’t bother changing it back to correct time. Very poor communication, service and unnecessary wait time. More
