Irina made me feel so comfortable and my husband even loved the experience at this dealer and he is very hard to please but he still talks about how Irina was so great. Oh and yes I can't forget about Henry the finance guy Oh My Goodness he was so awesome and he explained all the different options of things we could add on if we needed to and he was definitely a great guy so kind and welcoming not pushy at all. Henry was so understanding with us and we had more questions once we got to him and he answered all of our questions with ease and no problems. My husband definitely felt comfortable with Henry as well and that's a big plus he said Henry was very cool and down to earth not like some other finance people that are snobby and pushy.
