Tuan was awesome. However the gentleman who greeted me and my bf when we drove Into the service center, was not. This was the best experience I have ever had getting my oil changed and car serviced! The staff was so friendly and fast. To start off with I ordered a part for my Infiniti I was told it would close to a week. It ended up taking 3 months to arrive not a big deal but when I called to ask about the status first I was told “parts told it would close to a week. It ended up taking 3 months to arrive not a big deal but when I called to ask about the status first I was told “parts guys already” left and to call back on Monday. When I called back on Monday to inquire about the status since my order was over the quoted time I was told “ have you received an email yet saying your part was ready…. Okay then it’s not ready”. Three months later I finally set up an appointment at 7 am for my car to get serviced. Upon arriving at 7 am I’m told my advisor wasn’t here yet to wait in the lobby. When my advisor finally arrived he grabbed another client who came after me. Causing me to wait until 7:50 for my 7 am drop off. I choose the earliest available time to avoid being late for work. I waited throughout the day to be notified the work was completed no call text notice. I checked the status update text and it said still working. I show up at the dealership at 6 to see my advisor was gone and my car was completed. Thankfully I found another advisor who was able to kindly assist me and get my on my way. At least I got a free car wash. More
Have no complaints about this place, have lease 2 cars from here and my experience has always been fast, easy and pleasant. I had the pleasure of working with Jeff Holmes on the purchase of my Q50 Edition 30. He was super professional, helpful, responsive, and didn't waste my time.
