From finding my dream car online and booking an appointment for the next day, to the responsiveness of the employees, I can’t say enough about how amazing everything was. Our salesperson Freddy Suarez was exceptional. He really listened to us, and he was very welcoming and patient. He truly made the experience what it was for us. Henry Kim in finance was wonderful, and he worked diligently to get us the best rate/financing and we are so grateful to him (and it was supposed to be his day off - he performed miracles for us on a Sunday!) Jakob was very thoughtful in bringing us Vietnamese coffee from a local shop while we were waiting (delicious)! Being in the service industry myself, I have to say that it is very difficult to find people that genuinely care, and we felt that 100% here. It felt like everyone was so happy to be working there.
