Misleading and False Advertisement Beware of their misleading tactics and false advertisement. I have the Diamond Club plan which clearly states on their paperwork, “tires for life” but Beware of their misleading tactics and false advertisement. I have the Diamond Club plan which clearly states on their paperwork, “tires for life” but they refuse to honor it, Despite what their paperwork clearly states. They will tell you that it’s only for 60,000 miles and/or 4 years. The 60,000 miles and/or 4 years is for free oil changes. The way this package is presented is that you will get “tires for life” as long as you own the vehicle as long as you follow their 60,000 mile maintenance program. This dealership has been losing money on this package, hence the reason why they longer sell it or honor it. Deceitful business practices!!! I have documented proof and will be filing a small claims case and contacting the BBB. More

Oil change took way too long I would first like to say that the team was very nice and helpful. What I didn’t appreciate was that my car was ready (I think) but no one called me.
