My mom and I were almost ready to leave when JD casually walked up to us and asked if we needed help. I explained that my bank wasn't giving me a decent loan and there really was nothing there in my price r walked up to us and asked if we needed help. He took my mom and I to his desk and got my information and explained options to me. This dealership was the FIRST one we had visited. My mom and I wanted to look at other options because I didn't feel comfortable making a decision that second. JD was a very low pressure salesman that really listened to ME and what I WANTED. I didn't feel like I was just a number to him(which I felt that pressure at other dealerships). I went looking at other dealerships and just had my heart set on a Mazda3. I ended up going back and getting the car from JD. He even sat and showed me all of the cool features that the car has. I would definitely recommend to talk to JD if you go to Orem Mazda. More

Brennan really worked hard to get us in the car we wanted. He answered my calls immediately when I called and was very professional. It sparkled when we left. I called shortly after the sale to get an appointment for tinted window and still was treated as though we are V.I.P. and they offered a loaner car while the windows got tinted, as Brennan said he would when we bought the car. I wont shop anywhere else for our personal or company vehicles from now on! More

He never tried to get more out of me than original expectations and set me up with a car that I love for a fantastic price. The process was easy and pleasant. Further, I brought my car back to be detailed and then again to replace the battery (I don't blame the dealer) and each time, J.D. made time to greet and assist me. He even surprised me with my car washed up and running already in front of the building when it was ready. J.D. and the Orem Mazda Staff were fantastic and I highly recommend them to everyone. I honestly can't speak highly enough of my experience. If I am ever looking for another car, I know where I'm going. And I'm asking for J.D. More

I bought a new 2010 Mazda5 from Orem Mazda in late 2009. I paid off the car early and have followed all applicable steps for a refund of my GAP Insurance Contract. They claim to have not received it. I visited the dealership in September 2011 and filled out the refund paperwork. November 2011 - still no refund. They're not honest and I would not recommend dealing with them. More

He didnt try to sell me into a car that I could not afford and was willing to take the time needed to help me find what a was looking for(including comming in on his day off) Although the trade-in value I got for my truck was a little below what I was hopeing I felt that the managers were very fair considering it had some mechanical issues. Orem Mazda and their salesmen, Josh Hawkes, changed that for me. I never once felt pressured and I felt like I could ask any question and I got an honest answer. I knew nothing about safety features, engines and extras that come with cars. Josh was more then willing to explain, help me understand and find something that fit my needs and budget. I had a blast and couldn't be happier with my car. I would recommend anyone to visit and check them out. You wont be disappointed! More
