The salesman i worked with when buying my Mazda 3 was really nice, and when i told him what i wanted in my car he showed me the exact car i bought, it had everything in it. Even when i had to take my car into the service center the man was really courteous to us and they fixed my car. There was an oil leak in the transmission case, which they replaced and i have not had any problems with the car and i have had my Mazda for almost a year and it is a 2007 :) I love my car and really like working with the people at Orem Mazda More
I had a great buying experience at item Orem Mazda. The staff made us feel very welcome. They treated us with respect, they were knowledgeable, and friendly. We also purchased a new mazda from the former owners, and we had the complete opposite experience -needless to say, it was a horrible experience. I am very glad we gave the new owners the chance to sell us a vehicle and will definitely be a repeat customer. More

After researching other brands and fleeing high pressure sale people, I brought my wife back with me and we purchased the Mazda 6. The salesman made a great offer and even showed us on nationally know car web sites that his offer was far below what this vehicle was currently selling for in our area. Then there's the service.The salesman introduced us to the service manager. I immediately recognized him. He had been the service manager of the Mitsubishi dealership I had purchase my last new car from (which has since gone out of business). I was unhappy to see that dealership fold since I felt the service department, under Wayne's guidance, was exceptional. The fact that he was now in charge of Orem Mazda's service totally made purchasing from this dealer a no-brainer. More

The sales rep who "helped" me purchase my car spent the entire test drive looking for the ipod hook up (the year mazda I was looking at didn't have an ipod hook up as standard option, but he didn spent the entire test drive looking for the ipod hook up (the year mazda I was looking at didn't have an ipod hook up as standard option, but he didn't know that). He then took 4 hours to fill out the paperwork. It should have taken about an hour, but he was new and no one intervened to facilitate the process. I specifically told them not to check my credit, bcs multiple checks on your credit report lowers your credit score, and they checked it anyway (I was preapproved through America First for the full amount and I had the paperwork to back it up). When I had a question later about a light that came on (it meant that the security system was armed) no one at the dealership could explain it to me. There was a problem with the paperwork later and it took nearly three months to sort out - I called multiple times and was told that all they had to do was fax it, which they didn't do (repeatedly). I would not recommend this dealership (Orem Mazda) to anyone I liked based on my experience. More

I should have done more research and I take blame for getting hosed on a used car. Guess I trusted to get a fair price. Bad idea. I felt taken advantage of as a car buyer. I had a lot of questions that were not answered. What gets me is that three months after we bought the car, we brought it in for a recall. That fine, I understand the recall but then after the service department does an inspection on the car, they tell me that all of our fluids are bad and old and need to be flushed. I'm handed an estimate for well over $500. This was just a few months after I bought the car. Why was this not done when the customer bought the car? You would figure that hen you go buy a car, everything is up to par and ready to go. The heater does not work, the air conditioning does not work. Electrical parts such as the clock do not work. The engine cuts out while trying to accelerate. But my fault. I should have checked all this when I bought the car instead of trusting a dealership to sell me a quality product. Best part of this experience is the free car wash. More

We never felt the pressure you feel from other dealerships. We maintained communication until we had reached a price we were extremely comfortable with!! We then met with the financial people who were very accomodating, (even finding someone to pick up our loan when our credit union didn't come through). We live in South Jordan and would recommend this dealership to anyone in the Salt Lake valley, the drive is definately worth it. More
