I reserved a vehicle on Brent Brown Toyota's website and spent all day texting with Maddy about a vehicle on the lot. After her help, I decided to purchase it. I made it to the finance round, had my credit spent all day texting with Maddy about a vehicle on the lot. After her help, I decided to purchase it. I made it to the finance round, had my credit pulled, submitted all requested information, only to be told after all that, that the vehicle sold during my purchase process. From what I was told, another salesperson undercut Maddy and sold the vehicle I was purchasing. I’m so confused and disappointed with the process and communication with this dealership. I’d be careful dealing with Brent Brown. It turned out to be a very disappointing experience. More

I want to recognize Harley Nielsen. He is the best salesman I have ever worked with. He listened and understood what we wanted. He went out of his way to make sure our used car was read He is the best salesman I have ever worked with. He listened and understood what we wanted. He went out of his way to make sure our used car was ready for delivery. He helped us with our trade-in that needed to be towed to the dealership. He gave us copies of our used car service record and made sure service fixed everything that needed to be fixed. He went to the service bay and made sure the used car didn't have any oil or coolant leaks. After we bought the car he contacted the previous owner (without our asking) to get a spare key for the used car and went to their home to pick it up for us. You need to keep him happy and keep him at your dealership!!! His dedication to custmer service is exemplary!!! I gave the dealership 4 stars instead of a 5 because I have had one or two issues with previous sales staff, finance staff, and service staff. Also, the dealership should ask their staff to wear masks during the pandemic, if the customer they are helping is wearing a mask. More
