I am married and have two beautiful children that I love spending time with any chance that I get. I chose to work at Toyota because the brand truly does speak for itself in standard safety features and practicality. I just had an incredible experience with the entire team at Brent Brown Toyota. I was looking for a 4Runner on their website and their new GM (Wade Henrie) personally called to invite me down to the dealers at Brent Brown Toyota. I was looking for a 4Runner on their website and their new GM (Wade Henrie) personally called to invite me down to the dealership. From that point, I worked directly with Rylee in their sales department. She was exceptional to work with. So polite. Honest. Quick to respond to texts/calls about the truck I was looking for. She made every step of the buying process a positive experience. Highly recommend working with her on your next Toyota purchase. Thank you, Rylee! Nate (General Sales Manager) was also incredible. Transparent. Wasn't pushy. Treated me like he wanted a long term customer instead of a quick sale. He is texting me two days after my purchase to make sure I love the 4Runner. Thanks, Nate. I despise the car buying experience. It is a broken process that always makes me feel like someone is trying to pull a fast one on me. The entire team at Brent Brown was just the opposite. Such a positive experience - thanks all! More

Riley was amazing! She was personal, friendly, and professional. We got a call about the car we wanted being on the lot - we headed over and were met by Riley. She brought the car around, let us take it for a test drive and then answered all our questions when we got back. She represented her dealership very well and pushed for the numbers they wanted to see out of the transaction. We pushed for te numbers we wanted in the transaction. It was definitely a negotiation, but we found common ground and I think everyone was happy. We were in and out within 2.5 hours and we are happy with our car and the care we felt Riley took of us. Sheldon was also great in Finance! Thanks for being a good salesperson! I am going to talk to her for our next car I am sure. More
