I was sad to trade my Tacoma in, but needed a better commuter car. Jordan was very patient with us and we drove off in a Prius. Being a first time new car buyer I thought that the experience was going to be stressful but I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. We love our new Toyota Tacoma and would recommend this dealership with a couple of reservations that we have regarding dishonesty that we felt we received. The first being that we were told all new Toyot dealership with a couple of reservations that we have regarding dishonesty that we felt we received. The first being that we were told all new Toyotas were being sold at $5.000 above MSRP and that banks were willing to loan this extra amount because the vehicle's were "worth it". However when we got to the finish line of the deal we had to bring in this exact amount because the cost was more than the bank would loan for this vehicle. The second item was regarding our pre-approval with UCCU which is also one of the lending options Brent Brown offers. We had everything set up with a friend that works for UCCU. We were told that the loan would run through her and that she would get the credit for that loan. This was also not the case when things were all done. They ran our credit again which wasn't needed, and put the loan through their own guy. Lastly, we were given two different dates to pick the truck up. The first was kind of a wish and a prayer and it wasn't ready for that one. That's understandable. Then we were even given a specific time to pick it up on the second date. When we got to the dealership our salesman had gone home for the day. He did come back in, and then had to go help the service crew get things ready. We ended up standing in the lobby, and then outside on the front porch so they could lock the front door for the night. That was 90 minutes of our time wasted. These items obviously weren't deal breakers, because we did purchase the truck. It would have been great to have complete honesty from you Mac. You would have gotten the 5 stars for sure. As it is you already got your extra money by raising the price, and using your finance route. Honesty really is the best policy More

I came to the service department on 10/11/21 for routine maintenance. I scheduled my appointment a week in advance as they told me they no longer except walkins as an effort to reduce wait times. When I arrived I was told my wait time would be 1 hour. I ended up waiting for 2 hours on this day for an oil change and tire rotation! I honestly could perform these services in my driveway in under an hour! I am speaking from experience as I worked for several years in a tire shop doing oil changes and tire services. If you don’t mind waiting for 2 hours, or if you can drop your vehicle off for the day and pick it up later, as I don’t have the option of doing because I live a long distance away from the dealership, then disregard this review. I don’t blame my service advisor for this issue, and not sure what the problem is to cause this type of wait time for such a simple service? More
Salesman Dustin said these scratches didn’t exist when I bought it online. When the car arrived it was scratched up. His manager at Brent Brown won’t claim responsibility or help me after I spent 65k gettin bought it online. When the car arrived it was scratched up. Manager of Brent Brown said it was a showroom car that was flawless, but I have images sent to me from Dustan (sales person) of chips and two scratches that they painted (before/after). I was ok with those, but not all this! Meaning it wasn’t flawless because it was a showroom model. Manager is liar, and I have photo evidence of this. Oh, and the gas tank arrived below empty after spending 65k. Go elsewhere! These people are all liars and won’t do anything to help. I’ll be filing a claim with the Federal Bureau of investigation‘s’s, Federal Trade Commission, and the Attorney General’s office. Shameful practices like these should not be allowed to continue. These people have no honor. More
