Excellent Service and Friendly Staff!!! Excellent experience! I reached out via the website to get more information on a Tacoma that I was interested in. Rylee was the saleswoman I dealt with, and was nothing short of fantastic. I live out of state, and was able to negotiate the deal over the phone and via email. Rylee then put me in touch with Kerry, who was very helpful and responsive (even after hours) in getting me setup with some bigger tires prior to taking delivery of the truck. Upon arrival we were, of course, greeted with helpful and friendly faces--Rylee even had goodie bags for the kids. Paperwork was nearly complete by the time we arrived, and the truck was detailed and ready to go. The paperwork did not take long, as Rory was very well organized and friendly. He even handled our out-of-state sales tax and registration. I very much appreciated that his pitch for additional services, warranties, etc., was not overly aggressive or high pressure. Total time at the dealership was less than 2 hours. Overall great experience, and would definitely recommend! More

Just know that when you are negotiating, you DO NOT want to see your salesperson "high fiving" the sales manager, as in "Congratulations, you did indeed get the best of the customer". Although I saw it from across the room, it makes me, the customer, feel used . . .taken advantage of . . . manipulated. Guys, it used to be that unhappy customers told 26 people about their negative experience (IBM study). Today it is thousands, and in the case of someone like me, who can use this story as an example in my public presentations, books, seminars . . . it could be tens of thousands. I have done enough sales training of car salespeople to know the pressures and expectations you are under. Just know that the customer can sense and feel if they are being taken advantage of. We Bought A New Car!! We headed over to Brent Brown Toyota in Orem, just to look around at the cars. My husband wanted to show me what a Yaris looked like, and we thought it would be a fun trip. We also thought we would be safe from having any salesmen be there because it was later in the day, and we thought they would be closed. We did not want to have a salesmen trying to sell us a car, when we were just there to look. Well, when we drove in, and started to go towards the cars, we noticed that the dealership was still opened. We thought that we would maybe just leave, and come back when everyone was gone. Then, a young man started walking our way, and asked us if we needed any help. We decided that he seemed nice enough, and asked him if he could show us where the Yaris models were. He said he could, and he introduced himself as Carter. He was very knowledgeable about all of the models there, so we explained that we were looking for a used vehicle, because we didn't want to spend too much. We asked him if there were any standard shift Yaris. He said that there were actually two new Yaris that had standard shifts, and he could work to get one of them down to our price range. He was so sweet and not pushy at all, so we decided to take one for a drive. Carter jumped into the back seat, and we went for a little spin. By the time we returned to the dealership, we had made up our minds to return on the following Saturday, and buy a new car. Carter helped us through each step we had to take, and made us feel supported and cared for. We were so impressed with his personality and knowledge! We never would have stayed to look at cars, and for sure would have stuck with our decision to get a used car, had it not been for Carter's thoughtfulness and his wonderful ability to listen to us, rather than just do all the talking. We will recommend Carter to any of our friends and family who are looking for a car. More

I harbor intense loathing for the entire process, from test drives to waiting to hear from the bank, the abnormally large papers I have to sign 348 times and initial 372. The entire process from walking through the door to the faint tingles of regret and uncertainty driving home fills me with a level of angst I am hard pressed to adequately describe. Then I bought a vehicle from Rylee Hansen, and the experience was nothing like what I was used to. From the moment she met us with a smile to the time we drove off the lot and the whole ride home, it was comfortable and pleasant. No pushing, no upsell, no “let me go talk to the manager and see what we can do.” No “what’s it going to take to get you into this car.” None of that. She listened, she handled everything and took care of us in a way that made sure that I will be calling her for every vehicle I buy from now on. More

But the CONS of the experience were that we had extras (wheels and tired) that the customer relations manager never and still hasn’t emailed me so I can look through the options so they can get the rims, tires and leveling kit ordered!!! More

I gave her the specifics of what I was looking for and needing and she absolutely delivered! Not only are we in the Perfect vehicle, but going through Rylee was the Easiest and Best Car Buying experience I've ever had, HANDS DOWN! Never once was I pressured, and when I voiced my concerns she took them to heart and really helped me instead of just filling me with hot air just to get a sale.
