Mostly good. I didn’t feel that the young lady that was trying to help us was very knowledgeable. I also am not sure if they check oil and fluids. I love how friendly and personable Jen was. I was notified by a customer service representative, on my 2015 Toyota Corolla that there was a recall on the software. I arrived and did not have to wait all, Jen came right up and got the information on what i needed to have done. She was NOT PUSHY at all and was super friendly and outgoing, which put me at ease and she understood exactly what i needed done. My car is due for its 60,000 mile check up and I am not gonna lie its expensive but i know that my car needs it. Wheel Alignment My Tacoma needed a wheel alignment. Zeke was friendly and got us in the shop and back out quickly. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that my tire pressure warning came on a few days later and I had to fill up a tire that always seems to have a slow leak. When I mentioned this slow leak or possible damaged tire sensor, the folks at Brent Brown said they checked it out and didn't find anything. However, every 1-2 months I still have to add air to the same tire. This has been an ongoing problem with these tires since I bought the truck. Will try taking it to my local tire shop and see if they can find the issue. More
