If I hadn't remembered who I dropped it off with (which I often don't) I wouldn't have known where to go. When picking up the car I was initially handed the wrong set of keys. When I pointed that out I was told that it must not be ready yet, even though I was called and told that it was. After ten minutes of sitting in the waiting room, I wandered the lot and found my car ready and waiting there the whole time. I pointed this out to the service agent and after five minutes of rummaging around and blaming his assistant he eventually found my keys and paperwork. It all got done and I'm grateful, and now I know a little more what to expect, but for a first-time visitor their garage is a confusing and unorganized experience. More

We didn't make a purchase then but decided we needed to replace our 12-year old Sienna this year. We came back to Brent Brown this time after my mother in-law visited last month and purchased a RAV-4, saying her experience was great. This visit could not have gone better. We arrived late on Saturday, June 8, but our Salesperson, McKay Smith gladly pulled out three different models we requested to drive. After about an hour of driving, we discussed cost with McKay and the "CostCo" Manager, Chris Cervantes. Chris worked with us on our price, we only we went back and forth twice (unlike other dealerships who demand to know your monthly budget and then start with an offer $100 higher). McKay and Chris could not have been more courteous and respectful during the full process. The Manager, Brian Boyd, also made sure to thank me and my wife for our business. The Warranty Specialist, Ryan Bell, and the Finance Manager, Andy Butcher, were also gracious and respectful. Both explained the benefits of the additional services available to me without insulting my intelligence if I chose not to purchase an additional service. Once we'd agreed to an OTD price, I was done with the Finance documents and pulling away from the dealership in less than an hour. Unlike other dealers, I truly felt as though all Brent Brown representatives that I met with were genuinely grateful for my business. Based on my experience Saturday night, I would gladly recommend Brent Brown. More
