This and the below show you're too automated to be personal. I received two postcards to have the final (4th) service appointment for our new car. One said it would expire in April, the other in May. I called up and was told it was May, so I scheduled it a couple months in advance. I then immediately called back to move the appointment later in the day which they said was fine, but since that time have consistently gotten emails asking to confirm both times. Even after letting them know I only had the 2nd appointment time scheduled they couldn't get the first one out of their computer. The day before my service appointment I still got phone calls asking to confirm both appointments. Then no joke, 45 minutes before my actual service appointment I received a phone call asking if I wanted to schedule a service appointment AT ALL...as in, they didn't even have me down for an appointment. The whole experience went from innocent mistake on Brent Brown's side to someone doesn't know how to work a computer system to the service department now makes me not want to work with this location. More

Ka'ohu approached me again to have a friendly conversation and build common ground. I later received a call saying that my repairs were completed faster than expected. The caller on the other line adapted his approach and used friendly and colloquial words that are unique to where I am from.
