My wife and I were looking for a used Tun My first personal interaction with your staff at Bent Brown Toyota was in the parking lot of the dealership. My wife and I were looking for a used Tundra. We were given the name of a one of your sales staff by a friend of mine who purchased a 4Runner from you this summer. My friend raved about the service, knowladge and caring manner in which they were treated by this salesman. I made contact by text with Kerry Jones. He promptly responded to me and offered to adjust his schedule to meet mine. My wife and I set up an appointment and went into the dealership. We were arrive and were greated by the smiling face and bright shirt of Moe Afu. He personally escorted us into the dealership and to Kerry’s desk. Kerry was very inviting and personable. He help my wife and I feel relaxed even thought I had my hand clinched around my wallet. Although we were there to look at the Tundra my wife and I got distracted by the shinny new 4Runners. Kerry took the time to show us the Runners and explain their features. There again helping us feel more at ease. After looking at the different Tundra models and going over their options and packages we were able to go for a test drive. During our test drive Kerry pointed out the safety features and abilities of the Tundra. Although driving the Tundra sells itself, Kerry made the test drive experience that much more beneficial. Well the fun part started back at the dealership, the back and forth back and forth between us, Kerry and the Management. I surely do not like that game. It is what it is. In the end we were happy with the deal we made and I let go of the tight grip on my wallet. The following day we picked up our 2018 Crew Max Tundra. Kerry was there to greet us and he went over the pre-owner inspection and explained how to navigate through the systems in the vehicle. We are very pleased with our purchase and love our truck. This is the third new vehicle that we have purchase from Brent Brown Toyota and when we are ready to buy my wife her new 4Runner we will come back. Lied to I brought my new RAV4 to the dealership today, November 1st for a rock chip repair. An appointment was made for 11:30 a.m. I waited an hour and a ha I brought my new RAV4 to the dealership today, November 1st for a rock chip repair. An appointment was made for 11:30 a.m. I waited an hour and a half in my car for the repair to be made, being informed three different times with three different stories why the repairman hadn't arrived. When he finally arrived (a young woman and her boss from a Murdock dealership in Lindon), I was told they had just learned of my appointment--an hour and a half earlier. I felt lied to three different times as the story I was given at Brent Brown was not the same the Murdock people had given me. I only need to be lied to once to lose trust. Very disappointing experience at your dealership. More
