I was there yesterday and dropped my driver's license in the parking lot while getting into my car I guess. By the end of the day, I had two voicemails on my line informing me that Jon found my driver's license. I didn't even realize I had lost it! I went there this morning and it was promptly handed over. Even though I had to wait slightly (I appreciated David with the glass unit engaging me in an interesting conversation to make the wait pass quickly :). Though I am moving to Lehi it's almost certain I will continue to service my car with Brent Brown even though I think there are closer options. More

In the past I've had them try to overcharge me on services that they agreed to over the phone so watch the numbers on the invoice before you pay. As far as sales go, make sure you do your homework on what you should be paying before you go in. They are very friendly, but they won't give you a deal without the token old school haggling. I think Todd is the best salesman here. He's probably pretty busy so you may have to schedule a time to meet with him. More
