Got me to the price needed quickly which was very nice. My sales guy was great to work with and did everything he could to get the deal done. My only issue was with the Finance department and warranty department They need to be much more clear on pricing and what is and isn’t included from the beginning. I felt like this part wasn’t explained very well. Added costs were added at the end which is frustrating. Price should never get higher once agreed open. My price went slightly higher. I complained and they didn’t do anything to fix it and get my price back down to where I needed it. More
Josh is excellent to work with. Totally took care of us. Josh took care of us. Told us our prius would be done at 300pm sure enough a few minutes before 300pm he called to let us know . Great service and great people I care in to Brent Brown for an oil change, it was my first visit to the dealer so I had no idea what to expect in terms of service quality. I was I care in to Brent Brown for an oil change, it was my first visit to the dealer so I had no idea what to expect in terms of service quality. I was met by Cole, a service writer I believe and he helped me through the whole process. Cole was professional and knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. The dealer itself is clean and comfortable, plenty of showroom cars to look at and fiddle around in while you wait for your car to finish service. I spent about an hour there, and paid around 60-70 bucks for my oil change (price may vary depending on model). Would recommend for quality Toyota service. More

Great! From start to finish the process was easy and painless. Everyone was great to work with and work was done in a timely manner. The Service Center called me to remind me that my car was coming up on service, which was great because I kept meaning to call and setting up an appointment, and getting busy and not doing it. I got there a little before my scheduled appointment time, but they got me in right away. They estimated how long the service would take and they finished 5 minutes early. I waited at the dealership and it was nice too. There was tv, popcorn, and cold water while I waited. When my car was done Cole went over the paperwork with me and talked to me about it. He was very friendly. More
