It was not their fault but it was a headache having to go to the dealership a lot of times to get everything taken care of. More

First Car Shopping Experience I went to the Toyota Dealership just to look at cars. However, my husband and I were put at such ease by Taylor and felt comfortable looking at all the possibilities of cars we could buy. Taylor not only showed us the RAV4s that were on the lot but knowing we wanted to buy a used one, also took us around back to see if there were any he hadn't seen yet. There was one that had just come in that was waiting to be detailed and had just been certified, but hadn't been put in the computers yet. Immediately, my husband and I knew that was the car we wanted! By going above and beyond in many ways, he found the car we needed and wanted! Taylor took the time to get us the best price possible and work for US during the whole process of buying our first car! We had such a pleasant experience with Taylor that we will highly recommend this dealership in the future! We are so grateful for our "new to us" RAV4! More
