This dealership is one of a kind...always felt well informed and well taken care of. This left customers waiting 15-20 minutes while he received his kudos. I have purchased several cars here and was very disappointed to see them put customers and workers last. I still will come to get service done here as I like those folks in the service center, but whether I will buy my next vehicle there is a question. I only give this 4 stars because they paraded all the employees past me so Brent could receive his accolades. More

From Maddy who set up our appointment easily and kindly over the phone, to Chris who showed us every car we were interested and answered all our questions, to Jared who handled our finances and warranties smoothly, this place was wonderful. Everyone was willing to negotiate and listened to mine and my husband's concerns, and never pressured us at any point to do more than we were willing. I'd definitely recommend Brent Brown for new or used car sales because these people are amazing. Thank you all! We LOVE our 4Runner! More

This was also completed faster than expected. Lastly I can't remember the name of our service person (I think it was Joel), but as my wife was driving there from out of town he called us to make sure we were coming and waited extra time after closing to make sure she could pick up the vehicle after it was serviced. Overall great experience. I would recommend this to anyone. More

5,000, 30,0000, and 45,0000 mile service Jennifer Clark took very good care of us, she was very friendly and kind, trying to help us save as much as we could on cost. Weenjoyed your free shuttle service, your driver was excellent, wish we could remember his name. Just wish we had a Brent Brown in Tooele, so we wouldn't have to travel so far. The only concern is finacially we're on a conservative budget, and when the big service items come up, we wish we could spread those out more throughout the year, it's hard on the pocket book when we have to pay so much for one visit. And a lot of that is our fault for not knowing what's a head of us on our car service. If there was a way Brent Brown could remind us of the up coming services and prices for the year, that would help us, and I know that, that has a lot to do with how much we drive our car. All in all we love our car and Brent Brown Toyota has taken very good care of us. We miss having Mike Black helping us, but understand why he can't anymore. More
