Great, timely service--wish I'd known more details I came in for pre-paid service (30,000 miles). I was treated very well by Josh Tanner. The vehicle was ready 15 minutes early! My only suggestion to I came in for pre-paid service (30,000 miles). I was treated very well by Josh Tanner. The vehicle was ready 15 minutes early! My only suggestion to you is to let customers know in advance that, at 30,000 miles, there is the standard service (free) OR, in addition, lots of other things that COULD be done at extra cost (almost $500 more) but that would take about 2 hours longer. Not knowing about this extra service, I had not planned my day to allow for an extra 2 hours. Had I been prepared in advance, I might have chosen the more extensive service. This was not Josh's fault, of course. It needs to be built into the process of scheduling a 30,000 mile service appointment. Thanks! Ned Hill More
