Only once in the past two and a half years was there ever a problem with a repair, and it was minor (a little grit got into the brake pads and was making a funny noise). When I told them about it, they put me in front of the line and had me come back immediately. They fixed the problem quickly and at no charge. I think it was Josh who I talked to that time, and I was amazed at how polite and considerate he was and how eager he was to make sure I was completely satisfied with the service. Best Service from a Dealership I've had. From the phone call to schedule an appointment to picking my car up when it was done was all the best experience.
