Overall miserable The only good experience we had with this dealership was our dealer, Andres, which he doesn't even work there anymore cause he went back to Larry H. M The only good experience we had with this dealership was our dealer, Andres, which he doesn't even work there anymore cause he went back to Larry H. Miller. I definitely plan to go to Larry H. Miller next time where I can continue to work with Andres. While sitting in the room to sign papers we decided to not buy the warranty and the guy doing all the financial paperwork seemed very disappointed and just went back to doing work on his computer instead of talking to us about the paperwork. Once we finally decided to buy it he decided to look at us and start talking about the paperwork. We had talked about getting the loan approved through our bank. They wouldn't approve it but we weren't aware what was going on. They had submitted it to a bunch of other banks without us even knowing what was going on. We finally found out that it was finally approved from a place we have never even heard of. When we bought it there was a broken seatbelt in the back so they ordered the part and once it got in they would replace it. The front tires were going bald on the outside of the tire so I had them replace those. While the part was being ordered I was driving it to work and back every day. One morning I saw dripping coming out of the bottom panel n the front of the car. I discovered it was a slow drip of antifreeze. I took it down and they couldn't find any problems. After taking it home, one day it was sitting in my driveway and when I went outside there was a big black puddle under the driver side front tire. The antifreeze was still leaking as well. I took it down and they fixed the transmission and radiator hose problem this time. I'm not sure why they didn't fix the leaking antifreeze the first time cause I had taken a picture of where it was leaking and sent it to them. I had to call in to find out what they had done to fix the problems. I didn't even get to talk to a mechanic or the service department, just a message relayed to the front desk receptionist and it didn;t even sound like she knew what she was talking about. While those problems were being taken care of they had received the seat belt part. They said they had fixed it, but a day later I checked the seat belt and it was still broken. Now they are ordering the part. I told them to just give me the part and I would replace it myself. Both times that the car was in their shop it came back with little dents in the driver side door and little scratches in the body. I inspected the entire car before I bought it because I am very picky about vehicles I buy and these were obvious dents in the driver side doors that I would not have missed. I'm sick of dealing with this dealership so I will take care of those dents and scratches myself. We are finally getting a check written out to us to pay off our other 2 cars, which was pat of the deal. It has been about a month now. They said the check was ready and at the front desk. Now my wife is sitting at the front desk because the check has not even been signed and they can't find the person who is responsible for signing the check. This is the first, AND LAST time we will ever do business with Brent Brown Toyota. I'm very disappointed with this dealership and the service department. If it was just a one time incident than I would say it was just a bad day, but since the entire process was miserable each time we talked to anybody besides Adres, we will never be going back. Andres took care of us, but the rest of the experience was not good. Each time I took the car in I left it for at least a few days. The first time I was without a car. The second time I actually got a loaner car. This dealerships motto, "bending over backwards" is just a false sales pitch. It's more like crouching down and crawling under. Andres went out of his way to make the experience as good as he could. He has become a friend. I definitely do not recommend this dealership to anyone. Note: I gave good star ratings for Customer Service and Friendliness because Andres is the one who provided those services. More

Leasing I was concerned with the monthly fee. When he quoted the fee, I wish he had told me that two more warranty fees would be added. I thought my final pay I was concerned with the monthly fee. When he quoted the fee, I wish he had told me that two more warranty fees would be added. I thought my final payment would be $220 but with final fees it could be $260. That is a big difference and when I went to sign the final papers I was blindsided. They could have told me about two additional fees. It would have helped me in my decision-making. Otherwise the experience was positive. More
