Everyone go to Stephanie Pope! I have purchased two cars within the past six months here. My first experience was delightful, so I came back for a second. The following review is I have purchased two cars within the past six months here. My first experience was delightful, so I came back for a second. The following review is based on my second experience. I texted Stephanie to set up an appointment and give her the stats of what we were looking for. Upon our arrival, she had several cars picked out for us. She knew each car, knew how to compare them, and was well aware of our needs and wants. I want to tell you, I have never met a brighter, knowledgeable, and caring person than Stephanie. She was prepared. When we drove one make/model and decided we didn’t like it, it was the end of the story, it was forgot about, not talked about again, and we moved on. Then, when we found what we liked, she knew how to work with it and us. Oh, let me mention, that not only did Stephanie share the positive things about some cars, she shared the bad things to. This is a huge trust builder! If a car is not right, she was willing to look out for us. She knows her cars, all of them. She knows the important qualities and features of them. She knows the specific things that make each of them better than the others. I really mean it, she is intelligent! When we found the car we wanted (one of the handful of cars she had pre-selected, FYI), she knew exactly how to work with us on purchasing it. There was no back and forth on price. She was realistic up front, and very in tune to our needs. She has "bent over backwards" for us. We had a car within an hour…then came everything else. She stayed until the end, just to see us drive away. She made sure it was detailed, and well, while we were going through paper work. She didn’t just sit in the background and wait, she was busy working for us. Brent Brown Toyota has a true gem working there. We will (and have) spread Brent Brown's good name to all we know. She is great with the kids to! She watched over them while we were busy, and checked on them more than we did! She has goodie bags to give them, and treats on her desk. More

Jon (last name??) was a new employee and so needed some help with some of the paperwork but I was very pleased with his service - he'll be great! Had to leave the Tacoma for recall parts/service and I was put up in a rental at no charge to me (however it was a Ford through Enterprise which I didn't like). No complaints & great service. I'll be back for service and my next new vehicle. More
