Good Car Buying experience, even with the shuffle The story is simple. We were pretty specific in our car buying desires, and Brent Brown was able to fulfill it. We arrived to see the car and unfortunately it was gone. True story! A salesman had taken it home. (This is a practice that is pretty common in the car dealership business). We were shown similar models, but the one model we wanted was not there. We did however negotiate on the price and make up of the deal with the contingency that the car was everything that they said it would be. When we returned, Tyler had done a great job making it happen for us and really we couldn't be more pleased. The car was in near perfect shape and we drove away happy. Tyler hustled and work hard for us. They car detailing could have been a bit better with some things here and there that I noticed. It was pretty minor for sure, but noticed by me. More
