Your deanship was on our second stop .We were approached by a very friendly salesman immediately we felt at ease not bombarded with pressure, we were impressed with his knowledge of the car we chose to test drive. His ability to answer all our questions, and to clearly show us he wanted us to be happy with our choice, we knew then we'd come to the right place and need not look further. We love our Race 4. I was greeted three times before I even opened the door into the showroom asking if they could help me . Upon entry, I was greeted two more times with the same courtesy until I saw who I was there to meet ~ Bill Helmes and Todd Robinson . Both approached me with huge smiles and hands extended. I felt so at home ! When I went into AndyB’s office to complete the paperwork, I found the same exceptional and friendly service with a huge smile. Honest Sales, Preferred Service I like to buy Toyota sedans from Toyota dealers (only buy new or certified used for reliability) and then I like to have Toyota dealers service them, I like to buy Toyota sedans from Toyota dealers (only buy new or certified used for reliability) and then I like to have Toyota dealers service them, so that Toyota services their own vehicles. But to have a good experience even with this cautious approach requires I have to have good people who also have experience (this rules out new employees). Bad experiences in sales or service, or bad reviews from relatives or friends, can turn me away from a company, or make me approach with caution. I have had bad experiences with another dealer, but my experience with Brent Brown Toyota has been great. When I've come for sales in the past I have had to ignore the new guy who knows less about the cars than I do, and I'm not a car guy, and ask for the experienced employee. I bought an Avalon and a Corolla in 2011, and have done all my service and tires with Brent Brown Toyota since then. With service I've had to learn who to use so that I get a better experience. I have used John Goodman up until now, but very sad to hear he is not with Brent Brown Toyota anymore. I now ask for Cassandra Langston. Service wait times and prices meet my expectations, and they never forget me nor try to rob me with un-needed parts or service. As long as they stay honest and professional I will keep doing regular service with them. More
