Brent Brown Toyota looked at the entire hybrid battery system and assured me that it was indeed functioning normally. Was having many other service work done and they didn't even charge me for the hour's worth of investigative work! I have been a Brent Brown Toyota customer for life since 2005 and have all my service there. It's service and comfort like this that keeps me coming back.
