First service on new vehicle I took my vehicle in for its first (5000 mile) service. I really appreciate how they have a courtesy shuttle that helped get me to and from work. Being that it was the first service I expected everything to be fine and they told me it was. I was just expecting them to call me when my car was ready but I had to call and make sure it was. No one told me their name when I picked up and dropped off the vehicle so I'm not sure whom to rate. More
