Love the free shuttle I really appreciate the free shuttle that can take me to work and pick me up. From what I saw, so do a lot of other people. The only glitch I ran into was the girl who I talked to for a return ride gave the shuttle driver the wrong phone number for me. But it all worked out in the end. More

Speedy Oil Change I had an appointment to get my oil changed. They recommended some major maintenance since I just hit 60k miles. I asked them to look at the rock chips in my windshield and they fixed the one that hadn't been fixed yet. They were done with everything in about an hour. Great service! More

Except for in one case, their service has been on par or better However, on one occasion, when changing my oil, the service rep spilled what must have been about half a container of oil onto my engine block--and did not report it or clean it up. I picked my car up, drove less than one block, and had to pull over and bail out as white smoke filled my vehicle cabin and poured out from under my hood. I took my car back and they apologized profusely and I waited for an our while they cleaned off the block. Everything ran smoothly thereafter. Unfortunately, because of the spill, they misdiagnosed a timing chain oil leak, which I spent several weeks and one hundred dollars checking out, only to find out that it didn't exist. Oops. ***Note: Again, I had one bad experience. I haven't had anything but good experiences before or after! More
