Well Karyn, all of my sevice and maintenance came from your service department. How exactly is it that I didn't properly maintain my vehicle when it was your staff doing the work? Your service department did all of my 5000 mile servicing. Once the included oil change/service period ended, I went to a different Toyota dealer for regularly scheduled maintenance. Never once did your staff offer up a solid solution. Also, this issue didn't just pop up today. I reported it 3 years ago on my very first service visit. Please explain to me how I didn't properly take care of my vehicle? Perhaps the answer is I should have taken it to a dealership that actually takes care of its customers.
