My very first car buying experience was far less than desirable. I spent an entire weekend trying to figure out why my car was different than the one I bought on paper. Turns out, Todd sold me the wrong desirable. I spent an entire weekend trying to figure out why my car was different than the one I bought on paper. Turns out, Todd sold me the wrong car and never once checked the VIN on the car before selling it to me. When I tried to figure out what happened and where my car was, it turned out that Brent Brown sold my car to auction and I went home with a different car. In the end, Shad made everything right and I was able to keep my car, but it was a horrible process and Todd made me feel like an absolute nuisance the whole time. More

Honestly, I struggled with this experience. I felt like it lacked clarity or transparency with the entire process. I was not clear on the rate I was going to be given, I wished I would have see I felt like it lacked clarity or transparency with the entire process. I was not clear on the rate I was going to be given, I wished I would have seen more details of the finance process and not just a few printed pieces of papers. I have seen other dealers leverage software to help showcase the prices and show more transparency. Also I'm not a huge fan of the added on tech that Brent Brown "adds to every vehicle" I'm not a huge fan of some sort of tech that gives your dealership insight on my vehicle after the purchase. I was told I'd be sent the details of the transaction yet 2 days after I had yet to receive anything. I had to follow up just to make sure what I remember signing was actually the truth. The entire finance experience happened and I couldn't see any of the numbers or what the total price was going to be. That was just communicated to me and I had to use my phone to look up a calculator to make sure it was accurate to what my payment would be. The lack of transparency was really frustrating. More
