Butted in Line My wife showed up for a standard service without an appointment. When you do that the typical wait is 60-90 minutes, but that day it was four hours. My wife showed up for a standard service without an appointment. When you do that the typical wait is 60-90 minutes, but that day it was four hours. She was catching a redeye flight late that night and couldn't possibly wait that long, but the mileage was already several hundred miles beyond the required service. It didn't look good until a service manager saved the day and put my wife first in line. I felt bad for others who were waiting, but this apparently did not delay them further. My wife was out in less than one hour. Wow! It really made our day - really our entire week! And then, as always, the service, the processing and their courteous and kind treatment of my wife was absolutely impeccable. Thank you Brent Brown Service Department!! More
