We were in a time crunch, as we needed to travel many hours into the evening to get home. Because of this we did not spend a lot of time learning about our vehicle. We recently stopped by and found Bob available this time. He spent as long as we needed to answer all of our questions. Fast and efficient. I took my mom's car in for her, because it was having problems starting. Got the battery tested. It isn't that difficult of a fix, but I didn't have the tools so I just sucked it up. I will say that it is fixed and working properly, so that's good!
