SERVICE from Heaven Recently had a 30,000 svc on our Avalon. A clerical error led me to believe I possibly been shorted on some service aspects. Went in to chew out the service manager who turned out to be off work today. Luckily I was taken to see the fixed facility manager. He calmed me down and patiently walked through all of my "problems." He had one of his tech supervisors drive the vehicle onto a lift and then allowed me to see for myself that my ""problems" were non-existent. In short the dealership invested approximately 3 man hours to educate me and ensure that I was TOTALLY satisfied. In over 55 years of driving I can't remember such an effort by any auto dealership. More

Fine experience I recently bought a car at Brent Brown Toyota. The car we saw was $3000 over the Kelly Blue Book suggested price so they were willing to compromise wi I recently bought a car at Brent Brown Toyota. The car we saw was $3000 over the Kelly Blue Book suggested price so they were willing to compromise with a $2000 reduction. If I had found out after the fact I would have been pissed, so luckily we thought to look up comparable prices before we signed the contract. That would be nice if they offered that information up front though. When we bought the car, apparently they didn't run an emissions test, so a month later, when we would have expected to pick up our license plate, they called and said we had to bring the car back in for an emissions test because you can't register it without that test. Why it took them a whole month to let us know, I don't know. They did it for free, but again, it was a little frustrating that something that important would have not been noted in the records when they sold the car. It also took them a long time to figure out who was picking up our car loan, and I felt like I had to hound them for the information. Aside from those few things, all the people there were nice. More
