My car had quit us on the way from Aurora to Orem for my husband's surgery. They determined that the air filter needed to be replaced. I had taken my car into Big O in Richfield the day before it quit and they had failed to check the air filter. I appreciated very much the way your service dept. worked with me to get my car ready for our return trip home. More

When I retuned to get my truck later that day he told me they had found a couple other item that need some work and since I had an extended warranty and it was covered under that warranty he just had his mechanic go ahead and fix it. I was so surprised and grateful and it did not take any longer than he originally told me and that he was very thorough. John was very kind. More

Good experience Overall, our experience at Brent Brown was positive. I wasn't always able to get a hold of my service rep but he did return my phone calls. I really Overall, our experience at Brent Brown was positive. I wasn't always able to get a hold of my service rep but he did return my phone calls. I really enjoyed my check-in experience with the manager, Mike, he was super helpful, personable and thorough. Only drawbacks to my experience were 1) speed of service and 2) cost of diagnostic. We made an appt for 4 pm on Monday and they didn't get back to us about the result of a diagnostic until 4 pm Tuesday. I understand that the service team needs to know what exactly is wrong with the car but when we asked for repairs on two items, we found out that there would be 2 diagnostic fees over $100. When our warranty provider wouldn't pay for a service, the out of pocket cost for us to repair was $780. We called around and found that $780 was far above the cost to replace elsewhere, instead getting quotes for under $500. That was disappointing as we'd prefer to just go one place rather than shop around. Thankfully, the dealer we purchased from agreed to pay the cost of the repair at his own shop. More
